Beautiful fountain
water flowing down
jangling with change
wishes going round
Children make a wish
a penny so shiny
thrown in the water
ripples so tiny
Sparkling in the water
will their wish come true
having a great time
dreaming things out of the blue
This is such fun
for a small child
looking toward the future
with a big smile
Such small things
in a single day
brings happiness
in a small way
Listening to dreams
a childhood art
a fountain wishing well
expressing their heart
