Out of the prodigious cloud
came a burst of light
thunderous sounds
gave some a fright
No more drudgery
or dark and evil days
riding along the clouds
the King charges on a runway
With a fiery glow
his features light up
strong and sturdy
with justice pouring out of a cup
The evil forces scatter
some fall to their knees
begging for forgiveness
as others shout in glee
The earth opens
devouring many into the abyss
innocents look in awe
in a state of bliss
The battle ends
a new world arises
a time of peace and love
no longer divided

Thank you very much, you too.
These are some starting revelations you feature, Debbie. When I was young, no one referenced what John saw. Since then, it has crept into the conscious minds of many.
Great poem!
Thank you. Sometimes I like to ponder on what John saw and imagine what it will look like. There is such beautiful and powerful imagery in the book of Revelations. Thanks for reading. Have a wonderful day!
