The painting spoke volumes
with colors of carker anxieties
a world in turmoil
many societies
The silence is deafening
yet the question is loud
why so much disagreement
thunder in the clouds
Each color has a story
anxious to tell
wanting someone to listen
calmly not having to yell
Out of the darkness
comes a bright light
beckoning each color to join it
taking away all fright
The colors come together
explaining their point of view
each color listens
agrees to create something new
Different designs
now live in harmony
in the new world
all the colors are free
