Chair is waiting

going to be famous for a day

talent on the guitar

musical tales on the way

 

Whispers of time

the old man sings

spinning tales of glory

from adventures of exciting things

 

The grill is full

sweet aromas fill the air

dancing and laughter

hamburgers with a flair

 

A child comes over

takes the guitar in hand

strumming new sounds

excitement fills the land

 

A famous chair

filled with minutes of fame

a captivated audience

nothing is the same

 

Lunch is served

a keyboard now in the band

teenagers singing for their supper

life is grand
