Surrounded by the canyon
a beautiful day indeed
morning prayers spoken
the day to heed
I will not compromise
it is time to seize the day
opportunities abound
the journey is underway

the chance to spread a smile
to brighten someone’s day
to go the extra mile

the chance to take the wheel
the ability to take away pain
to help someone heal

spreading gifts from above
to do my best
to spread love
