A highly knit community
each dependent on the other
sharing joy and pain
each is a brother
Sun for warmth and light
water for life
nourishing each other
the future is bright
Walking the land
becoming one with the peace
nourishment for the soul
pacing with each
A beautiful day
admiring wildlife knit together
now am one with the land
part of its brethren
Humming along
joining the band
a harmonious sound
encumbers the land
Meditation ends
now am part of the day
spreading kindness and love
along the way
