Coastal birds living
by the sea
preferring the water
to the forest serenity
Abundance of food
flying in the wind
fish are jumping
water without end
Taking a break
sitting on the pier
watching the fish
diving when near
A perfect life
no worries to be found
the birds are singing
a wonderful sound
Every living thing has
a preference of where to live
so much beauty
the planet has much to give
Meditation ends
listening to the waves
a bird sits in the water
enjoying the waves sway
