The tree stretches its limbs
and produces a beautiful bloom
calling to everyone
that it has a room
The bloom is elastic
sometimes opening only for a day
giving the bees a feast
nourishing their mission this way
The bloom turns to a flower
a remarkable piece of art
beautiful in its formation
right from the start
The flower puts on
a colorful show
an audience of many
passing it as they go
The time has come
the flower takes a bow
the limb retracts
using all the elastic allowed
Nature has a way
reminding us of beauty within
spreading out joy
without becoming to thin
