A storm has been raging
from deep within
a savage life issue
that never seems to end
A life issue
causing pain and strife
seems there is no relief
in this life
A small light emerges
an intentional life plan in place
slowly makes changes
asking God for grace
Each day that passes
the light begins to grow
the savage life issue lessens
the light starts to glow
It is over
thanking God for grace
there is no more pain
no more dark place
The morning sun is rising
a new day is here
stronger in spirit
grateful God is near
