²¹ He changes times and seasons;
    he deposes kings and raises up others.
He gives wisdom to the wise
    and knowledge to the discerning.

A season of turmoil

conflict from within

how long will it last

is there no end

Times are difficult

causing me to doubt

everyday trouble grows

is there no way out

This is a season

with lessons to learn

the Lord requires our trust

to give what we yearn

Turmoil of these times

will fade away

some will be given wisdom

others knowledge for another day

Walk in peace

keeping the spirit calm

faith in the Lord will carry me

till the next season dawns

May we always trust you to carry us through the seasons of life.
