¹ Praise the Lord.^[a]

Praise God in his sanctuary;
    praise him in his mighty heavens.
² Praise him for his acts of power;
    praise him for his surpassing greatness.
³ Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
    praise him with the harp and lyre,
⁴ praise him with timbrel and dancing,
    praise him with the strings and pipe,
⁵ praise him with the clash of cymbals,
    praise him with resounding cymbals.

⁶ Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Celebrating the morning

walking along my way

a dance in my step

on this beautiful day

My spirit is soaring

an inner song carried with the wind

praises for being alive

face carries a grin

The crickets sing

as the birds fly high

sun beaming from above

as if to say hi

Grass sparkling

from the morning dew

squirrels dance in delight

with acorns anew

Bees humming

drinking nectar from young buds

taking part in the cycle of life

praising the Lord above

All creation praises the Lord

life flows like a stream

beautiful and peaceful

grateful to be redeemed
