On the border of the ocean
there is a cave filled with light
calling to my spirit
to put things right
A few peccadilloes
hardly noticeable in my life
living without thinking
now causing strife
Now in the ocean
with waves of salt
actions weighed both good and bad
some not my fault
Entering into the cave
absorbing the salubrious fire
healing occurs immediately
spirit rising higher
Exiting the cave
the salt water turns to clear
entering a paradise
trees and birds are near
Reentering the world
embraced with love
living life in service to others
a gift from above
