Deeper into darkness

exhausted by calumnies

the caves consume me

spirit filled with agony

Will I be redeemed

or is this the end

no one around

now condemned

Suddenly a light

appears from above

slowly pulling me up

a feeling of love

Closer to the top

hope filling me

a new life chosen

now am free

In the water again

helping others to rise

living in truth

defeating the lies
