Sadness enveloped me
as the penumbra began
it was so frightening
tears on my face ran
Getting larger now
a category by itself
how much longer
I am by myself
In the realm of darkness
a dragon appears
chasing me with fire
there is much fear
Even the stars
which usually provide light
all is hidden
on this dark night
Time has passed
hiding behind a tree
sparks of light return
an ancient decree
The eclipse is over
now there is light
darkness could not overcome it
everything is alright
The sun is risen
as the day begins anew
hope replaces fear
tears are now dew
