Simplify your senses
seize the day
take in each moment
while going on your way
See the beauty
right before your eyes
inhale the truth
don’t believe the lies
Listen with your ears
hear the wonderful songs
nature is singing
inviting you to sing along
Inhale the fresh air
smell the sweet perfume
nature has all kinds of scents
aromas to erase the gloom
Feel all that surrounds you
with touch and the inner soul
become part of the universe
before you are old
Connect to the spiritual world
to which we are a part
a time to feel at home
blessing to our heart
