The flamingo rides down the street
conveying messages of joy
on his yellow bicycle
the envy of every girl and boy
Spring is coming
everything will be alive again
the sun will be shining
outdoor fun to begin
Riding along
cool with sunglasses
a conveyor of fashion
nothing clashes
Stopping at cafe
he has a cool drink
speaking with others
causing them to think
How cool it must be
to be comfortable in one’s skin
wandering and spreading joy
to all who come in contact with him
He continues on
riding the yellow bike
spring is coming
the world is alright
