Leaves undulated in the wind

calming to my soul

a smooth easy rhythm

slow songs of old

 

Brilliant colors

reflecting the past and present

living in the moment

beautiful and elegant

 

The wind increases

the path is in descent

leaves are falling

much energy is spent

 

Taking a break

sitting on a rock

becoming one with nature

time has stopped

 

Reflecting upon this day

soon winter will set in

now one with the universe

there is a slight spin

 

Returning now

completing the path

feeling tranquility

renewed by nature’s bath

 

Meditation over

basking in the light

blessings for all this day

everything in the world is right
