Sitting in the park
enjoying this beautiful day
not willy nillying but contemplating life
in a unique way
Pondering questions
about how God guides us
how are our talents chosen
ordained or a life bonus
We are given an opportunity
to interact with the world
using our special gifts
kindness to unfurl
Is nature our destiny
or maybe politics
or caring for others
healing the sick
Perhaps our gifts
are in music and arts
expressing feelings
that come from the heart
Maybe we are explorers
in space and time
how the universe works
changing a paradigm
Perhaps we are all of it
sharing with one another
creating a kinder world
loving each other
