The sun glares across the mountain top
announcing the start of a new day
morning dew drips from the leaves
washing the night away
Calmness and serenity
smooth as glass lake top
the sun reflects a mirror
of the trees and mountain top
There is a smokiness
between the vastness of the trees
a smoldering fog
the sun glaring on the leaves
The air is crisp
on this spring morning
there are blooms on the trees
some fruit adorning
Serene and calm meditation
reflecting on this scene
my soul is nourished
the environment is clean
