The tin man on a bicycle
on this sunny day
riding along the streets
tipping his tailored hat along the way
He greets everyone
with a wonderful smile
enjoying the scenery
while riding each mile
He stops at a house
his love on the porch
pretty flowers in hand
his heart is a torch
Their love is true
enjoying this day
hoping she will marry him
journey in life’s way
He leaves on his bike
his tin heart shines through
she said yes
life is wonderful anew
The day has come
she is his bride
his heart is happy
beaming with pride
