The day is windy
swaying the trees
a struggle to climb the cliff
occasionally falling to my knees
Getting closer to shelter
safety with a view
columns in the rock form a hole
looks relatively new
The wind brings in a storm
thunder with a light show
rainbow in the distance
as water sparkles glow
River rising
creating art in the rock
chaos in action
new formations as the water parts
Moon is rising
stars sparkle in the dark
crickets are singing
serenity in the park
Fire in the shelter
camp in the sky
sweet dreams envelop me
on this beautiful nigh
