⁹ You gave abundant showers, O God;
    you refreshed your weary inheritance

Having grown weary

of earthly life’s cares

not wanting to continue

crying out in prayers

Climbing to the cliff top

the clouds let go of rain

a coolness in the air

the letting go of pain

Now sitting on the cliff

rain covering my face

refreshing my spirit

an abundance of God’s grace

All fear is gone

the anxiety taken away

walking with God

blessings on this day

Dancing down the moutain

rejoicing in the wind

continuing the journey

embraced with peace within
