Lying against a tree

listless in sun

drifting towards sleep

a vivid dream to come

Spirit leaves the body

becoming one with the tree

memorizing the colors and textures

never felt so free

Leaving the tree

becoming one with the air

sprinkles of water envelop me

drifting without a care

Oceans and mountains

sand on the beach

one with all

dreams within reach

A trip to the stars

then the universe

such freedom

everything so diverse

Coming back

by way of the heart

beauty and love

great works of art

Waking up

energy is revived

dancing and singing

excited to be alive
