Firtln’ along
marching to my own beat
cool water feels good
fish nipping my feet
Sun sparkles
creating diamonds and rainbows
blooms reflecting on the water
body begins to glow
Approaching the rapids
jumping on the rocks
slipping into the water
laughing as I drop
Time for a nap
hammock between the trees
birds singing a lullaby
sweet dreams put me at ease
Sweet spring day
filled with wonder
beauty surrounds me
enjoying this brief slumber
