A Misty Meditation

Encompassed in the mist

gripping at strands of reality

reflections of the day

spirit is free

Soaring above the mountains

flying into a rainbow

brilliant colors

some appear to glow

Down below

sparkles in the stream

fish are jumping

visions from a dream

Now in the falls

a thrilling ride

spirit surfing

happy inside

Returning to the mist

coolness refreshing my face

meditation over

feeling wonderful grace
