A volcanic eruption
causing an upheaval of the soil
an octopus emits ink
before the water begins to boil
An essay to catch a wave
then doing a body surf
through the harried waters
finally landing on sea turf
The tsunami continued
pushing farther inland
new environments created
for coral and fish bands
Octopus content
having found a new home
swimming happily
in the ocean foam
