the rocks must be stacked just so

the child kicked up bobsy – die

a trick only he knows

In a precise order

there will soon be magic in the air

transportation to another universe

where colors will flair

The rocks are the secret

to a child’s mind warp drive

carrying imagination to different universes

visible to only his eye

There will be flying dragons

soaring through the clouds

fire coming through the nostrils

bellowing quite loud

Lego men will be

building a castle

using precise pieces

without a hassle

When the rocks

are knocked down

a space ship brings the child

home safely to the ground

So much power

scattered until another day

the wonder of childhood

an innocent time to play
