a cattywampus creature

came to stay

biting at everything in sight

attracted to the colors in the rain

big eyes staring

not knowing where to go

Night falls

calmness in the dark

the creature rests

until there is a light spark

Diving deep

wanting the madness to end

death finally envelops him
