Running along the creek
away from the flagrant city life
sun streaming through the trees
country comfort opposed to strife
A talent for simple living
running barefoot in the trees
mist in the air
a cool summer breeze
Under the waterfall
sits a fishing hole
fresh food for lunch
caught with a cane pole
A simple cabin
sits by the stream
lying in a hammock
a pleasant afternoon dream
Birds and crickets sing
on a cool night
happy in the minimalism
of a life in the fire light
