Searching in the valley
looking for my authentic self
wondering if my spirit is unique
or a copy of someone else
Picking up a leaf
observing the flow
looking like the others
but having a special glow
A drop of water
sparkling in the sun
together with others
making the river run
Each is unique
having a special feature
whether by itself
or being a leader
My spirit is unique
one of a kind
showing itself in actions
choices of mine
Sitting by the river
meditating in the sun
living in the moment
happy to be one
