Walking along the water
footprints in the sand
enjoying the journey
leaving an imprint on the land
Beyond the fog
lies a paradise
new thoughts and feelings
another life
Beautiful sunrise
absorbing the rays
becoming one with ocean
riding the waves
Picking up a conch shell
listening to the sea
absorbing all anxiety
spirit feeling free
Foolish to worry
life has a pace
enjoy the journey
there is no race
Sun begins to set
footprints disappear from the sand
cleansed by the waves
spirit now understands
