Jumping into the river
looks like so much fun
a dangerous adventure
emotions begin to run
Fear and excitement
a smile on my face
a small parcel of rocks
which one to use as a base
Water flowing
hearing laughter from up high
a cannonball into the falls
an excited cry
Climbing to the top
a moment of reservation
glancing at the falls below
a slight hesitation
Taking a dive
flying into the air
doing a somersault
it was a dare
Under the water
it seems like a dream
rising to the surface
letting out a scream
Such exhileration
climbing to do it again
there is a mist in the air
water on my skin
One more jump
deciding to swim
enjoying the day
the decision was a whim
