light up the sky

through the darkness

a portal in the night

The light show

a gift from the sun

atomic particles

dance in the night one to one

A noise

echoed by the ice

so clear and beautiful

the howling is nice

Sitting on my ice stool

having a hot drink

my body is warm

comfortable as I think

Such natural beauty

a life of its own

becoming a part of it

not alone

My spirit

joins with each step

in perfect harmony

where my heart is kept

The sun rises

the lights fade away

my spirit nourished and excited

to join the new day
