The child glowed 

its skin filled with light

all were amazed

at the beautiful sight

 

So different

a new species is born

with divine insight

for when the world is torn

 

Some say from angels

a fallen race

others say from God

a sign of His grace

 

A catastrophe is coming

a great flood

time to build an arc

with a blue print from above

 

The changeling warns

time to repent

a time to gather together

before judgement is sent

 

Rain begins

water to the mountain tops

the world is under water

no dams to stop

 

When the water recedes

the changeling’s family remains

the world is changed forever

innocence is regained
