Sitting on the edge

an odyssey through time and space

images emerge

mind begins to race

 

Beauty surrounds me

where did it come from

so many questions

the world is young

 

Across the valleys

the sun beams down

rocks casting shadows

creatures form all around

 

A story emerges

each shadow is an inner world

traveling through dimensions

a space odyssey unfurls

 

Canyon in a mirror

cast by a lake

another universe unfolds

 adventure awaits

 

Rain casts down

cool drop in my hand

more reflections of the world

eager to understand

 

Meditation over

enjoying the day

writing and reading

before going on my way
