Sad Announcement

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my husband William Pierce. As many of you know he was the author of the blog site Walk with God. He was the most kind, loving, generous man that I have ever known. Prayers are appreciated during this most difficult time. Thank you.

So sorry to hear of your husband’s passing. None of us are unaffected by death and my heart goes out to you, Keeping you in my prayers.

We are so sorry for your loss dear Piper. Thinking of you at this time and sending love and prayers across the miles 💜

Thank you. Am praying that things are going well for you. Christmas blessings that you will have a wonderful and fulfilling year. Funeral tomorrow and I am praying that it will get easier. I hope to be able to write again soon. Take care.

Sorry to hear about your loss

Remember

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you planned:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

So sorry to hear of your husband’s passing, grief and yet assurance must be such a different space, but as you have said above, you know and his faith was indeed his foundation. Prayers and love across the distance.

It’s sad to hear that your husband passed. I’ve enjoyed reading his posts and his beautiful writings will be greatly missed. May God comfort and console you at this dark moment. You are in my prayers. Stay strong and hugs. xx

Thank you. He was a talented writer who truly loved God. I have never known anyone so humble, kind, generous, loving, and the most wonderful husband. I truly miss him but know that I will see him again.

Thank you. I am sorry for your loss as well. It is incredibly painful to lose someone we love. I read through the article on grief and found it to be helpful. Thank you for sending it to me. May God bless you during this time of grief and provide you with peace and comfort.
