My to do list is filled
with things that never get done
surrounded by adventures
time to have fun
I could keep the house
immaculately neat
stay out of the grass
keep the dust off my feet
An unconventional garden
where exotic fruits grow
what would the plants look like
my yard will never know
A better use of my time
being one with the wind
admiring the green trees
only so much time to spend
Life is brief
filled with cosmic bubbles
opportunity to explore
enjoy the puzzle
Walking outside
down by a stream
becoming part of the flow
continuing to dream
Walking up a glacier
picking up a piece of blue ice
the wonder of nature
filled with peace and strife
Lighting a campfire
underneath a moonlit sky
tossing in my to do list
watching it die
