Love is a mystery
a wonderful gift
a surprise at times
meant to uplift
By taking the time
to be with one in pain
healing is begun
there is much to gain
In kindness and light
joy in the dance
growth in the spirit
an occasional romance
Persevering
in time and space
love is in all moments
not a race
Expressed in nature
calmness of the land
beauty in many forms
sometimes grand
A timeless gift
an expression from above
a light never extinguished
an encompassing hug
