Excitement in the air

as the pumpkin is lit

eyes begin to sparkle

emotions to emit

Trees dropping leaves

red, brown, and yellow

surrounding the pumpkin

a popular fellow

Walking down the streets

fun and scary costumes

collecting candy

such sweet fumes

Bright sparklers

illuminate the night

filled with colors

a festive sight

Autumn continues

tables filled with food

a bountiful harvest

so much to be viewed

Meditation over

so grateful to be alive

sitting by the fire

continuing to thrive
