The sun radiates into the ether

on this first day of spring

birds are singing

metal wind chimes begin to ring

Becoming one with nature

spirit soaring in the clouds

life is emerging

can be quite loud

Entrance into the season

is easy this year

the weather is warm

there is nothing to fear

A voyage is beginning

as the flowers start to bloom

walking in the park

leaving my room

The scent of the morning

from the sweet dew

bees partaking in the nectar

where blooms are new

Near the water fall

on the lake

fish are jumping

food for small animals to partake

Sitting on a bench

the sun on my face

meditating on life

filled with grace

Exiting the park

watching squirrels play in the trees

gathering pollen filled cones

avoiding the bees

Spirit is lifted

on this first day of spring

returning from the voyage

grateful for everything
