Brown eyes gazing
in a new world
removing the mask
meeting a remarkable girl
His heart raced
currents flowed through his soul
a lightbulb went off
a remembrance of old
Running through the rain
part of a dream
holding her hand laughing
splashing in the stream
No mask needed
completely himself
sharing secrets
loving how it felt
Taking his hand
she leads him away
taking off the mask
love is here to stay
