The hostile wind is blowing
winter storm blocking the sun from rising
time to curl up by the fire
staying warm while hiding
To be honest
I would rather be in a hotel
there is a generator there
food would be warm as well
The storm rages
sounds of thundersnow
a unique phenomenon that
is neat to know
Reading a book
hard to sleep
shivering in the night
feeling a bit weak
Morning comes
sun rising over the horizon
peace has returned
as the sky brightens
Quiet in the valley
snow creates a beautiful scene
in the dead of winter
life is serene
