The sun appears on the horizon
colors of pink in the air
the air is fresh
cloud shapes with a flair
Quiet reigns
as the birds begin to sing
hummingbirds at the feeder
squirrels enjoying many things
A land of plenty
abundance to share
quiet walks in nature
releasing any burden, I bare
Freedom to play music
happiness in the tunes
football in the fall
colors of white and maroon
Change of seasons
each with a unique twist
the cycle of life
beauty in the mist
Home is in the heart
living in love and grace
enjoying the blessings of this life
especially in this place
