Love each day
when the sun rises in the sky
the warmth of its rays
a natural high
Seeking to become
a part of the day
beginning with meditation
as the trees sway
Cold weather has moved
slumbering for awhile
time for rebirth
land is fertile
Walking along the beach
basking in the waves
warm water surrounds me
as the fish and dolphins play
Meditation over
filled with serenity and peace
summer is here
living with ease
