My favorite drink

falls from the air

coming in several forms

each with a flair

Adam’s ale

in perfect form

poured into a glass

which is the norm

On a hot summer day

in the form of ice

cools my throat

which is nice

In the form of mist

as I watch the sun rise

cleanses my spirit

rinses sleep from my eyes

Fresh water

flowing from above

nourishing us daily

a gift of love
