A Tribute to Billboards

Billboards are fun

notes on the road

reminders of life

things that come and go

Perhaps a diner

at the next exit

there is no wait

the billboard says it

Or maybe an idea

such as world peace

a call to action

it’s in reach

Perhaps a call to serve

a benefit to all men

we are all connected

be kind to your kin

My billboard will be a holograph

whimsical in the crisp air

fun and reaching out to all

filled with a colorful flair

Be kind and loving

lend a helping hand

let your spirit ride the wind

dance with the band

Time is fleeting

live fully each day

lift up others

as you go your way

  1. Debbie,

Your ode to billboards is delightful! The way you infuse it with whimsy, calls to action, and a positive outlook is truly heartwarming. The holographic touch and the call for kindness create a vivid and uplifting image. Well done!
