Playing the game of life

is a risk I take

every twist and turn

drama and mistakes

There is joy and laughter

on days the sun shines

running through the sprinklers

drinking a glass of wine

Stormy weather

filled with thunder and lightening

lessons are learned

some are quite frightening

Other days are dull

time to meditate and rest

search for rainbows

knowing I did my best

Was the risk worth it

sun setting at the end of the day

reviewing the adventure

before the memory fades away
